Tascare provides independent support services to NDIS participants and individuals receiving government-funded Home Care Packages. Services include domestic assistance, social support, transport, and other non-clinical support as agreed upon in service arrangements.
2. Eligibility
To receive services from Tascare, you must:
- Be an NDIS participant (self-managed or plan-managed), or
- Be receiving a Home Care Package (self-managed or provider-approved)
- Agree to the terms of a signed service agreement
3. Service Agreements
All services are subject to a written service agreement, which outlines the scope, schedule, rates, cancellation terms, and responsibilities of both parties. You must review and agree to this agreement prior to service commencement.
4. Pricing
Pricing for services is listed on our website and may vary depending on service type, location, and funding arrangement. You agree to pay the rates agreed upon in your service agreement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Use of the Website
You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use this website to conduct any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity.
7. Intellectual Property
