Pricing for services delivered by Tascare is in line with the NDIS price guide.

The NDIA conducts an annual pricing review and implements recommendations to ensure appropriate pricing arrangements are in place across the NDIS. The ensures that participants have access to the high quality supports they need while also receiving value for money. Service Hours:

Weekday Daytime: 6:00am – 8:00pm (standard hourly rates apply)
Weekday Evening: 8:00pm – 12:00am (evening rate applies)
Night-time (Sleepover): 7:00pm – 6:00am (sleepover rate applies;)
Weekends & Public Holidays: Higher rates apply as per NDIS pricing guidelines.

Video and Phone Support Sessions
Video and phone sessions are offered as a flexible way to maintain social connection, build skills, plan support needs, and promote wellbeing. We understand these bookings may not always last the minimum booking time of 1 hour, so we offer a 30 minute video or phone booking rate (for calls over 30 minutes, the normal hourly rate applies).

These sessions are delivered under the NDIS Core Support category: Assistance with Social, Economic and Community 

Sleepover Support:
A sleepover shift is an 8 hours or more booking that starts any time before 12am and includes up to 2 active hours support. Additional support can be scheduled before and after the sleepover at the hourly rate of that day.

Minimum Booking:
A minimum of 1 hour per session is required for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Full session fee applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.

Travel Charges:
Where applicable, travel is charged at the NDIS standard rate of $1.00 per kilometre.

Payments:
Services can be paid through NDIS funding (self- or plan-managed) or private payment. Invoices are issued weekly or fortnightly.
